Traveling around downtown - Hop on the FREE D-Line Downtown Shuttle, your quick connection between East Village, downtown Des Moines and the Western Gateway. The D-Line Shuttle runs every 10 minutes along Grand Avenue and Locust Street. Shuttle hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
