To help us review requests efficiently, please note the following guidelines:

Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of your event.
All requests are reviewed on an equitable, case-by-case basis.
If your organization has received a donation from us in the past, future donations may vary in type and value.
You will receive an approval or denial within two weeks of submitting your request.
Submission of this form does not guarantee fulfillment; requests are subject to availability, budget, staffing capacity, and alignment with organizational priorities.
