The City of Ankeny features more than 40 parks and 90 miles of trails, Ankeny Aquatic Centers, youth sports, skate and disc golf parks, fishing holes and more.

Some park shelters may be rented and some are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental facilities may be reserved online at www.ankenyiowa.gov/register. Fees range from $30 per day to $50 per day, depending on the park.
