Des Moines USA Rugby Club 7s National Championships

Catch the USA Rugby Men's and Women's 7s Club Championships at Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines on August 8-9. With USA Rugby winning the final stage of the World Rugby Sevens (formerly iRB Sevens) World Series, the USA Rugby team has great momentum as it transitions into Team USA. Making that team now runs through Des Moines. Come watch the top 16 men's and 16 women's teams compete to prove that they are the best in the nation - with the 384 individual players making their final statement on why they should be representing Team USA at the 2016 Olympics in Rio!

In addition to the tournament, participate in any of the other fun rugby activities around the 2015 rugbyDSM festival between August 5-7, culminating in Olympic Day on August 8. Try your hand at playing non-contact rugby, join teams and spectators for the tournament events or bring your son or daughter out to learn and play non-contact rugby on the main field Saturday afternoon!
