DES MOINES, IA – The Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau and Des Moines Area Sports Commission are pleased to announce the following staff updates:
Audrey Weidman has been hired as Web Specialist. Weidman is a Wartburg College grad with a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications. Weidman previously worked as the graphic designer for TrueMail Marketing and DKA Design Group in Omaha, Nebraska. She now manages the catchdesmoines.com website, mobile site, mobile app, microsites, SEO/SEM, e-blasts and e-newsletters.
Jannae Lane has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Lane’s role includes management of projects, marketing events and branding. She oversees graphic design and publications including Catch Des Moines, the Official Guide to Greater Des Moines and the Greater Des Moines Planner’s Guide.
Kristine Reeves has been promoted to Marketing and PR Manager. Reeves’ duties include managing the marketing internship program, social media platforms, co-op advertising campaigns and promotions, as well as creating and curating content for various marketing and PR needs.
