Celebration of Athletes

• Address: 3200 Adventureland Drive, Altoona, IA 50009

• Adventureland allows one bag per guest with a maximum size of 15” x 15” x 15” into the park.

• Adventureland is a Cashless park (Offers free Cash-to-Card services) 

• Adventureland allows only unopened bottled water and bottled sports hydration drinks into the park. Hard coolers are not permitted. All other beverages, including soda/pop and energy drinks, are not allowed inside Adventureland Park.

• Some rides have height requirements

• Bag check will be conducted before park entry

• Wear appropriate swimwear for water activities

• Bring sunscreen

• Towels are not provided but will be available for purchase on-site

• Food & beverages available on-site – no outside food or drinks allowed

• You may drop off athletes or purchase a daily parking pass on-site or in advance.

Each ATHLETE will be provided complimentary admission to the Park on Sunday, August 2 with their credential/wristband. 

Family members will receive a discounted ticket of ($37.99) as well as discounted parking of ($13.00).

• Mace/pepper spray and other self-defense or restraining devices.

• Marijuana (including marijuana-enriched  products) or any illegal substance.

• Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects.

• Spiked clothing/jewelry.

• Glass bottles (excluding small containers such as baby food jars).

• Spray paint/markers.

• Recreational devices such as drones, remote-controlled devices, laser pointers, scooters, skateboards, and shoes with built-in wheels.

• Selfie sticks, monopods, and similar hand-held extension poles for cameras or mobile devices.

• All lost items found at Adventureland are stored at Guest Services, so please go directly there if you’ve lost something.  Items will only be stored at Lost and Found for one week, and perishable or wet items are discarded at the end of each day.
