Catch Des Moines' housing bureau works as a connector between the planner and hotels. This service allows the planner to focus on executing the event while our team handles all the housing elements. We are available via telephone and email 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday to answer any questions and be a resource to attendees.
Housing Services include:
- Generating hotel lead and sending responses to planner
- Creating and circulating hotel contracts
- Providing booking links for your website
- Sending monthly availability checks to hotels
- Gathering pickup post-event
The Catch Des Moines Housing Bureau also provides an online housing service allowing guests to book a room at a participating hotel in a centralized location 24/7, eliminating the need to call multiple hotels to find an available room. The Housing Bureau uses Meetingmax to provide this service. Room availability is in real-time and available via a customized web link. Both Catch Des Moines and planners have the ability to monitor and adjust the block as needed.
