Annie is a spunky Depression-era orphan determined to find her parents. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and finds a new family and home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. The score includes such favorites as "Hard Knock Life," "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile," and, of course, "Tomorrow."
The "Annie" cast of 27 features newcomers Madison Barnes and Anne Teeling, alternating in the role of Annie; Greg Millar ("The Full Monty") as Daddy Warbucks; Elisabeth Ballstadt ("The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid") as Grace; and, reprising their roles from the 2000 production, Sue Tell as Miss Hannigan, Brett Spahr as Rooster, and Melissa Kellar as Lilly St. Regis. The show is directed by Kathy Pingel, with musical direction by Francine Griffith, and choroegraphy by Alison Shafer.
