Social Media Workshop to Educate Local Business Leaders
Des Moines, IA – The Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau (GDMCVB) will hold a Social Media Workshop from 8 a.m. to Noon Tuesday, November 16 at the Polk County Convention Complex, 501 Grand Avenue, Des Moines.
The workshop, sponsored by Catchfire Media, will help participants become more familiar with emerging social media tools and learn how they can fit into a company’s marketing strategies.
“This is a great opportunity for individuals and companies to gain insight into the role of social media and how to utilize these valuable, low-cost and no-cost tools,” said Greg Edwards, President and CEO of the GDMCVB.
