Yoga for Beginners

    Have you ever been curious about yoga? This series is for you! This is a chance to find out what yoga is all about, learn basic postures, and improve your flexibility and balance. This six-week introductory course is taught by 500-hour registered yoga teacher Robin Bourjail. Robin invites you to unroll your yoga mat and enjoy yoga, an ancient self-improvement program for body, mind and spirit. Please bring a blanket/towel and a yoga mat and please wear comfortable clothing.
