Join us every last Wednesday of the month to unwind, renew and reconnect your spirit to nature in the beauty and serenity of the Botanical Garden. This monthly all levels yoga series is designed to help you explore your practice with a variety of exceptional teachers. Energize your day with an uplifting and professionally led yoga practice by experienced and personable instructors from across the Midwest. Spend fifteen minutes enjoying the gardens and then participate in 75 minutes of yoga practice.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Walk-ins may not always be available for each class. Guarantee your spot and register for individual classes.
Classes will be held either in the conservatory, DuPont room or outdoor gardens and location will be determined based on weather.
This month’s class will be lead by Linsey Birusingh.
Linsey is an active philanthropist with a background in journalism, tv, print, and most importantly, yoga! She currently teaches trauma-sensitive yoga, workshops, and coaches a 200 hour yoga program. Her yoga classes will challenge you to tap into potential you've long forgotten, and push yourself to your limits without punishing yourself! Be prepared for upbeat music, corny humor, and a deeper look into the "why" behind your yoga practice.
