    Join Bubba for a dinner event showcasing seasonal spring flavors alongside outstanding selections from Australia’s Yalumba wines.

    Jane Ferrari, Yalumba’s Storyteller will share tales of each wine as well as the people and land that produce them.

    Event includes four courses with Yalumba wine pairings.

    MENU:

    FIRST: Roasted Asparagus Salad / with frisée, prosciutto, poached egg and Romesco sauce (with Eden Valley Viognier)
    SECOND: Sorghum-Chipotle Glazed Pork Loin / with roasted ramps, rainbow carrots and radishes (with Patchwork Shiraz) 
    THIRD: Filet with Spring Risotto / 6oz beef filet with morel-whiskey cream sauce; served over spring pea and fiddlehead fern risotto (with Signature Cabernet-Shiraz)
    FOURTH: Honey Glazed Fruit Tart / with vanilla custard filling (with FSW8B Botrytis Viognier)
