Join Sue to create a customizable brunch that will impress your holiday guests. We'll start by making the dough for homemade English muffins and let it rise while we make a delicious spread and some homemade butter. We'll also explore a variety of egg dishes: frittatas, quiches, stratas, and more and then you'll make a couple of individual ones of your choosing using your choice of veggies, meats, and cheeses as a filling! At the end of class, we'll enjoy our delicious brunch. Participants will take home recipes to recreate another amazing meal.
