    Join us for a very special dinner evening beginning with a visit to the Tassel Ridge Winery cellar where you will learn about Jonita’s favorite grape, La Crescent, and the wines she makes from La Crescent grapes. Jonita will discuss how the wines were made as you taste, ranging from dry to sweet, Tassel Ridge 2017 Iowa Dry La Crescent, Tassel Ridge Iowa Lace, and Tassel Ridge 2014 Iowa La Crescent. Following the La Crescent tasting, you will be able to taste a dessert wine from the barrel. Then, enjoy a three-course dinner that begins with a Mixed Greens Salad with Strawberries, Feta, Almonds, and Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Prelude and is followed by Petite Shoulder Tender, served with Roasted Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley, paired with Tassel Ridge Robert Duncan® Cuvée 415. Finish your meal on a sweet note with a special dessert paired with a select Tassel Ridge Wine (check www.tasselridge.com/events for dessert details as they become available).
