Join us for "food on a stick unleashed" & the biggest picnic in town. Yes, we have a WHOLE COW & yes we are going to roast it! Some non profits do galas… we cook lots!

We are joining forces with The Justice League of Food to bring you an outdoor barbecue like no other. We're butterflying and roasting a whole steer over an open flame.
Dinner will start serving at 4pm and will go until the cows come home.

Texas ToastCOW SITTING ($600 per 4 hour shift): Want an opportunity to sit around a big campfire, drink beer and stare at a cow? Have we got the ticket for you! Grab up to 8 of your friends, sit there, and don’t let the fire go out during a 4-hour shift.
The Justice League of Food will provide lawn chairs, a complimentary 5-gallon keg of beer, a dinner ticket for each sitter, and a shady spot to hang out.

Since nobody ‘round these parts has ever attempted this, we had to have our very own spit made right here in Valley Junction by the Village Welder that can handle a 1200 pound locally grown steer.
It is a family-friendly celebration. Watch the CyHawk game on the ginormous screens indoors or in The Beer Garden.
All proceeds go to the Justice League of Food in support of their culinary job training program for the most vulnerable members of our community.
