Tai Chi in the Conservatory

    Practice this ancient form of exercise in the beauty and tranquility of the tropical conservatory. Tai Chi uses gentle, flowing movements to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion and balance, while also fighting stress and promoting serenity.
    The sessions in this 6-week series will build upon each other, but attendees are welcome to join at any point during the series. Pre-registration is required.
