Overview
April 6: American Whiskey - An exploration of the six recognized styles of American Whiskey! We will sample blended, corn, wheat, rye, bourbon, and straight malt American whiskeys. If you're looking to broaden your whiskey palate and knowledge, join us for a memorable flavor experience!
May 11: Iowa Spirits - We will get into our own backyard with this one! Coast to coast - from the Missouri to the Mississippi - we will sample several outstanding whiskeys made here in Iowa, as well as vodka, rum, gin, and some dessert libations. Discover some genuine local gems!
June 1: Summer Mixology Lab - This class will fill up fast! A hands-on drink making lab with a variety of spirits and mixology techniques, all focused on the wonderfully vibrant fresh tastes of summer!
Classes run from 6 - 7:30pm. Cost is $60 per person. Those who wish to join us after the class will receive 15% off their bill. Class size limited to 16 persons.
