Explore the ancient healing path of Shinrin Yoku, or Japanese forest bathing, with Dr. Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, Integrative Medicine physician. This gentle, mindful walk will invite you to use your senses to enhance your well-being in the naturally healing environment of Jester Park. Breathe, relax, see, listen, touch, smell, taste, share and engage. Be ready to discover the refreshing and often emotionally moving medicine of the forest.

Note: Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes appropriate for the weather, layers are best! This is not a strenuous hike the distance covered will be no more than a mile at a very slow pace.

Registration deadline is June 1, 2017 Pre-registration is required.

Fee: $15.00/per person age 12 and older.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled before the registration deadline the individual will be issued a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled after the registration deadline, the individual will be refunded payment only if the assigned space is re-reserved by another person. The refund shall be the amount of registration less a $10 cancellation fee. If assigned space is not re-reserved, no refund will be given.
