Shine a light on the dark side of yourself to discover your negative tendencies, and change them. You know the beautiful, warm-hearted, wise person inside you. So where do these ugly feelings and behaviors come from? We will learn about our "shadow" , self-acceptance & use self-reflection to discover strategies to overcome our "shadow." As we flow through the physical practice of yoga, we will take short breaks to respond to various journal prompts, ending our practice with a soothing and relaxing savasana.
