Join us for a very special dinner evening beginning with a visit to the Tassel Ridge Winery cellar with Winery owner, Bob Wersen. Bob will discuss how four of the vintages of Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette were made. Then, you will be able to taste each of the four vintages and select your favorite to pair with your entrée at dinner.
Dinner begins with a Mixed Greens, Green Apple, White Cheddar, and Pistachios Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 American La Crescent followed by Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and Spicy Pecan Green Beans, paired with the Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette vintage of your choice. For dessert, enjoy an Iowa Marquette Poached Pear Tart paired with Tassel Ridge Prelude.
