ARAG presents the 2021 Red Flannel Run and Y-Tri

For our 32nd year in a row, the Wellmark YMCA is excited to bring the Red Flannel Run back to downtown Des Moines, as well as the third Y-Tri. This loved run is seen as the unofficial start of running season and we have safety measures in place to ensure it's a safe, fun experience for all participants! Register here today.

5K starts at 9 a.m. with the first wave of the Y-Tri beginning at 6:20 a.m.
