This special exhibit considers the work of American artist Lillian Genth (1876-1953) during a consequential period in her career. Carl and Edith Weeks acquired at least ten works by Genth – the most by any single artist in the Weeks’ extensive collection. These works reflect both the extraordinary transition in Lillian Genth’s career and her friendship with Edith and Carl Weeks.
The exhibit is on display in The Garage at Salisbury House and is accessible on a regular tour. Regular museum admission fees applies.
