Suggested: Take Blacksmithing Basics first

This class will allow a teen and an adult to work together as they learn blacksmithing techniques in a historic setting. Everyone will make several small, hands-on projects, such as small dinner triangles and hooks. Begin by learning proper safety in a workshop environment. Dress for working in a shop with a dirt floor, and for the weather (shop is heated by a wood-burning stove only).

Registration is per person; each teen must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Please bring: Heavy work gloves, eye protection, water bottle
