Join us for a 4-week introduction to tai chi program with classes on July 8, July 15, July 22 & July 29.

Our instructors, Canh Hua and Merritt and Marsha Beaman have a combined 23 years of experience in various forms of tai chi!

This 4 week series will focus on learning and understanding tai chi as you experience the many benefits for your physical and mental well-being.

This program is open for all ages and fitness levels. Cost is $60 per person for the four part series. Any student under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
