This class is all about making dumplings! We will focus on making two types a pork and chive dumpling and a vegetarian and vegan mushroom dumpling. We will enjoy eating some of them and the others you will take home and have for your own eating pleasure!
Chef Bio: Chef Cass has a passion for food from all over the world: especially Asian Cuisine. Des Moines is her hometown and she has come back from NYC to share what she learned from tasting all the lovely food in the big apple.
