A culinary workshop designed for everyone (ages 17+) to elevate their skills in the kitchen brought to you by the JLF.
Here's what we'll be covering: → Elevated nutrition and cooking skills → Different types of diets → How to cook for yourself → Tips on saving money at the grocery store → Food storage and safety → How to make healthy choices → Easy but Elevated Recipes: Elevated salads, gourmet mac and cheese with protein options, and meatballs made in a variety of ways
The workshop will be taught by Chef Bryan of the Justice League of Food and his team.
Go home with easy recipes you can follow, the confidence to create great food for yourself and others, plus a few essential kitchen tools.
This is a great gift idea for a college student or senior in high school or anybody who needs to brush up on their skills in the kitchen. Must be at least 17 years old to attend.
