    With over 8.5 million career album sales, two American Music Awards, a Grammy Award & 15 Dove Awards, Casting Crowns has secured its place as one of the most popular Christian bands of all time. In an unprecedented ten-year span, the group has produced nine chart-topping singles including passionate hits like “Praise You in this Storm,” “East to West,” “Courageous” & “Glorious Day (Living He Loved Me).”

    Comprised entirely of youth pastors, the seven-member group began in 1999 as the student worship band at First Baptist Church in Daytona Beach, Florida. After moving to Georgia in 2001, the band produced two independent albums before signing with Beach Street Records. The band’s self-titled 2003 release was an immediate success, securing double-platinum status with hits like “If We Are the Body” & the number-one, gold-certified singles “Who Am I” & “The Voice of Truth.”

    Matthew West is a four-time GRAMMY® nominee, a multiple-ASCAP Christian Music Songwriter/Artist of the Year winner & Dove Award recipient, & was awarded an American Music Award, a Billboard Music Award, a K-LOVE Fan Award , Billboard’s Hot Christian Songwriter of the Year  & West also received a Primetime Emmy® Award nomination for original music & lyrics for “The Heart of Christmas.” In addition to his own recording career, he has co-hosted the K-LOVE Fan Awards three times & has more than 130 songwriting credits to his name, including cuts by Rascal Flatts, Scotty McCreery, Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Mandisa, and number one cuts by Casting Crowns & Danny Gokey.
